We are closed for day training and daycare on:

Thursday, November 26th – Sunday, November 29th

Thursday, December 24th – Sunday, December 27th

Thursday, December 31st – Sunday, January 3rd

Boarding is only available to past training clients. Boarding is charged by the day.  It includes transportation to and from your house (week days only) and a free bath with a 7 day booking. (An additional charge is required for clients booking outside our normal driving radius.) For example: if your pup’s stay starts on a Monday and they go home the following Tuesday, that is a two day charge.  We do not schedule start or end days on Saturdays.

We will go to any location within an hours drive from our facility.  Transportation is included for all Board and Train packages. Transportation is included for all boarding dogs if they are in radius. Additional charges may apply to cities outside of our normal radius. Contact us at info@puppyadventureacademy.com to see if we go to your city. 

Yes! Our base transportation price is for cities on route. Cities that are considered on route: Melissa, Anna, Mckinney, and Frisco.   

Drop-off hours are: Monday, Wednesday drop-off 10:00am – 11:00am.  Tuesday, Thursday 8am – 11am. We ask that you give us a rough estimate of when you plan on arriving so we don’t have too many families arrive at once.

Pick Up hours are 4pm – 6pm. We charge a $50 dollar late fee for any clients who arrive past 6:15pm.

We would love to have you come visit us! We offer tours by appointment only Monday – Thursday. Please contact info@puppyadventureacademy.com to schedule a time. Your tour is for humans only. We need your pup’s vaccinations and fecal exam results on file before we can have them come meet us!

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we need 24 hours notice. After 24 hours notice we will charge a late fee. Life happens so we are happy to waive this fee a few times a year!

If you need to reschedule your pup’s appointment please give us 24 hour notice. If your pup is showing any signs of illness the morning of their scheduled visit (for example, coughing, fever, or diarrhea) we ask that you keep them home and we will reschedule your day for another time.

There is no charge for cancellations with 72 hours notice. There is a 2 day charge for cancellations after 72 hours. All holiday deposits are non-refundable.

Your full cancellation policy is in your Board and Train contract. Your deposit is 70% refundable if you choose to cancel with more than 2 weeks notice. If you cancel your stay with less than 2 weeks notice, your deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to pull your dog out prior to the agreed upon end date, you will owe the entire amount stated in your contract.
